As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the face and voice of our store. Your goal is to turn every visit into a unique and memorable experience that builds the loyalty of our athletes.

Be the master of first impressions

With a smile and a warm attitude, you will welcome every customer. You'll proactively identify their needs and offer a personalized solution, making everyone feel like a VIP guest.

Connect the online and offline worlds

You will introduce customers to the benefits of our loyalty program and mobile app, showing them how our digital tools can enhance their shopping journey.

Be the reliable point person

You will master all Welcome Desk processes - from handling returns and phone calls efficiently to preparing online orders quickly. You'll be the one who resolves issues and leaves customers feeling perfectly looked after.

Ensure a smooth finish

The checkout area will be your domain. You will manage a seamless and hassle-free payment process, master all the procedures, and make sure customers leave with a smile.

Workshop Technician

Your Mission: Keep Athletes in the Game

You are a key player who gets our athletes' gear back into top condition, helping them get back in the game. Your expertise and care will be crucial for building the trust and loyalty of our customers.

Be the expert and advisor

You will diagnose equipment with precision. You'll explain everything clearly to the customer, propose the best solution, whether it's a repair, maintenance, personalization, or a circular service.

Get the gear back in the game

Whether you're servicing a bike, tuning skis, or printing a jersey, you'll deliver top-quality work according to Decathlon's standards. You will also sell our workshop services and products, both in-store and digitally.

Manage your tech hub

You will monitor the availability and accuracy of spare parts and ensure that materials from the delivery truck are quickly in their place.

Based on the game plan, the department leader decides on the selection of products for their department, with the offering depending on the given season.

The leader champions a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience, using local insights and the loyalty program to build lasting relationships.
